The paper mill was built in 1809. In Soviet times the factory it was the only company in the Soviet Union, producing bookbinding pressboard (colored cardboard). Over the years, the factory has passed many different transformations and reorganizations. In 1995, the company "Albertine" has been transformed into an open joint stock company "Slonim Cardboard and Paper Plant" Albertin ".

On the production operates several departments: the production of cardboard, paper, tissue paper, a number of auxiliary shops.

Production of the plant is implemented in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Germany. The share of exports in the volume of manufactured goods is more than 50%.

All products meet the requirements of STB ISO 2001-2009.
